Dear Parents/Guardians,

We value your wisdom and input! Please join our Program Advisory Committee meetings to help guide our innovative and enriching environment for all students. Parents on the Advisory Committee help the principal and staff ensure that DCA’s program meets the needs of our students and families. It’s a place for parents to have a voice about school policies and procedures, academics and goals.

Meeting dates are as follows:

9-11-25 at 5pm in QUAD
11-5-25 at 9:30am in room 41
2-24-25 at 2pm in room 41
3-30-26 at 12pm in room 41

Voucher Program for Kindergarten through fifth graders

Hello DCA Kindergarten through fifth grade parents-

We are excited to share that all K–5th grade students enrolled at Denair Charter School will receive $50 per month, from September through May of the 2025–2026 school year, to use with an approved Denair vendor. These funds are intended to support and enrich your child’s educational experience.

Please note:

Funds are paid directly to the vendor and do not roll over from month to month.
Families are responsible for paying any additional funds over the monthly voucher amount.
Applications can be submitted starting September 1, 2025.

To access vendor funds for the school year, applications must be submitted by October 1, 2025.

A list of approved vendors is available on the DCA Vendor List. If you’re interested in adding a new vendor, please coordinate with your child’s teacher. The business must submit a W-9 form to be considered for approval. All vendors must offer services or skills that provide educational enrichment for students. Vendor funds may also be used for supplemental materials, such as science kits, extra curriculum, or monthly reading subscriptions. Music or dance classes, gymnastics, martial arts, theater classes,

Once families are interested in a vendor, please contact the vendor in order to agree on a time/day and price of the monthly class. Once the details are agreed upon, fill out the google form to start the voucher redeem process through the district office.
